Grill Temperature Converter
Convert °F and °C.
How the estimate works
°C = (°F − 32) × 5/9. °F = °C × 9/5 + 32.
Use this converter when a grill controller, recipe or thermometer reports a different temperature unit. Remember that a grill setting is not the same as food internal temperature.
Worked example
225°F ≈ 107.2°C. 165°F ≈ 73.9°C.
Food safety first: Time estimates and temperatures of the cooking chamber never prove meat is safe. Verify food with a properly placed, accurate food thermometer and follow minimum internal temperature guidance.
